All prices are F.O.B. Nursery at Sassamansville, PA.

Our grading standards are those adopted and accepted by the American Association of Nurserymen.

We guarantee plant material sold by us to be true to name and free from injurious insects and disease. Should any plants be otherwise, we will upon proper proof replace them. All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. In no event shall we be liable for an amount greater than the original price paid.

For those with established credit our terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Overdue accounts are subject to 1 ½ % per month (18% per annum) service charge. For C.O.D. orders, a 30% deposit is required.

New accounts desiring to establish credit may do so by furnishing five trade references and the name of their bank plus account number. Sufficient time must be allowed to complete the credit check.

Cancellations must be made in writing to be binding and must be received by us prior to assembling. Cancellations will not be accepted after stock has been pulled and assembled. All cancellations are subject to a 15% handling charge.

Material specially selected and tagged by the customer may be subject to a 20% special handling charge.
